Having quality, affordable health care for is important to everyone.  A strange quirk in the wording means adding Issue 3 to the Ohio Constitution will cause a nightmare for families across Ohio. According to Ohio law professors, this quirk could have unintended, dramatic consequences for:

  • child support enforcement
  • our ability to license doctors and nurses
  • school immunizations programs
  • workers' compensation
